Simple Returns
To retrieve your order for an Online Return please get your Receipt (or Delivery note) from shop.Calzessa and locate and enter the following three pieces of information:
One year free return and exchange
We will happily exchange or refund any product that is defective, or that you return unopened in its original condition. You are free to return and exchange (to another size or colour) any item for a whole year from its purchase. In the case of a return we will issue a voucher for the full value of the item. All returned items must be in their original conditions, hosiery unopened and suspender belts and girdles with their tags still attached.
If you have any questions regarding cancels or returns please contact us for instructions as there isn't much point in returning hosiery that has been worn!
When you cancel an order you should return the products to us within 20 days. We will refund your money within 20 days of the cancellation.
Use the Returns form to return, exchange or cancel items from your order. Save your receipt. This is the ONLY document that contain the information needed to complete a return.
