To order you must be of legal age for internet shopping.
All orders are place online with our web shop. If you experience problems shopping please contact us for assistance. We cannot accept orders via email or letters.
All prices are in EURO and are inclusive of Swedish VAT. If you order from outside the EU-zone the VAT will be automatically deducted. We reserve the rights to change any prices without prior notice.
By completing an order (including paying it) you are bound by these terms and conditions.
We accept payments with most major credit cards, Visa and Mastercard as well as PayPal.
Credit card payments are handled by our PSP (Payment Service Provider) Svea Webpay. No information about your credit card details are saved with us.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship everything from our warehouse i Sweden (EU).
Most orders are processed and shipped with 48 hours (two working days). Typical delivery times are:
- Europe: three-four working days
- Rest of World: about five-seven working days
All orders are sent in plain packaging. There is no mention of the shop or site on the outside.
Shipping is free for orders over €25 within Europe (the EU) and has a fixed cost for the rest of the world.
You can choose between two delivery options:
- Priority - we pack and ship within 48 hours. Delivered as Priority mail.
- Insured - packed and shipped within 48 hours and is insured and traceable through the postal services. Enter your mobile phone number for delivery notification (where available).
Note. We will not be able to refund or replace lost orders outside of EU if you don't select the insured shipping option.
If a delivery "is lost" we will replace it without extra cost for you after 30 days (EU/Europe) - immediately if shipped as Insured.
Not collected or undeliverable: If the parcel is not collected or cannot be delivered due to an error in the address entered on the order and is returned to us we can resend it for the actual shipping cost, or credit you the paid amount minus the cost for actual shipping and a €10 handling fee (however never more than 50% of what you originally paid). Returns that are not claimed within 90 days will be taken back to stock without refunds.
One year free return and exchange
We will happily exchange or refund any product that is defective, or that you return unopened in its original condition. You are free to return and exchange (to another size or color) any item for a whole year from its purchase. In the case of a return we will issue a voucher for the full value of the item. All returned items must be in their original conditions, hosiery unopened and garter belts and girdles with their tags still attached.
If you have any questions regarding returns please contact us for instructions as there isn't much point in returning hosiery that has been worn!
When you cancel an order you should return the products to us within 14 days. We will refund your money within 14 days of the cancellation.
Use the form at http://eu.calzessa.com/return to return, exchange or cancel items from your order. Save your receipt - this is the ONLY document that contain the information needed to complete a return.
Security and Confidentiality
Information about you and your order is stored in our systems for delivery and statics purposes only. We do not send unsolicited emails. If you want, you can create an account with us. With a customer account you can log in, save delivery details, accumulate bonus points and follow up on your orders. To provide this in a useful manner we need to store data about you in our systems. This data will never be released outside our company but are only used for our marketing and for your convenience.
Any and all payment details are not stored with us. All credit card payments are handled by our payment partner Svea Webpay.
We use a cookie to manage your shopping cart and other cookies are used for visitor analysis.
