In order to process and manage your order we need certain data about you.

Data about your order in stored in our systems for 12 months after the closing of the fiscal year where your order is included. After that you can choose to have the order removed - this is a setting on your account (My page).

The data kept with your account contains name and address as well as what you purchased, what you have shown interest in and statistics of your usage. This data is used to customise offers and your user experience. Payment data is never stored in any of our systems, but is kept with our payment partner. No information registered with us will be sold or transferred to third parties.

You can at any time request a full extract of your data that will show all data we have registered on your account. You can also request that all this data should be removed (part from information we need to comply with accounting regulations). These two requests can på found on "My page" after you have logged in.

As you complete an order on the website you also approve that we register and save your data according to this information.

Partners that we share certain data with:

• Google, Clicky, Facebook: Analytics data through a third party cookie for marketing and analysis to improve our services.
• Svea Webpay, Paypal: Data required to process your payment.
• Google: Archiving of email.
• Visma: Data required for accounting
